Cancellations and Refunds Policy
SkyWorld Ventures believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Payments for services are based on customer requirements and agreed-upon project milestones.
- Once a project has been initiated and work has commenced, cancellations may not be entertained.
- If a customer has paid for a project but decides to cancel within 24 hours, a full refund will be provided.
- If a cancellation request is made before project initiation but after 24 hours, a refund may be issued after deducting consultation and administrative costs.
- For ongoing projects, if the customer is dissatisfied with the progress, we encourage communication to resolve concerns. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- No refunds will be issued for completed work or services that have been delivered as per the agreed scope.
- In case of any disputes regarding service quality, customers must report issues within 6-8 days of receiving deliverables, and we will assess the situation for a fair resolution.
